Rachael is an International Tax Partner with over 15 years of experience of advising on large, complex international transactions. She is based in London and advises a wide range of Private Equity backed clients, providing support to them through all stages of the Private Equity life cycle and on complex international tax matters. Rachael’s experience includes advising on M&A transactions (including acquisitions, refinancings and IPOs), assisting with group reorganisations and simplifications, advising on treasury operations and assisting in discussions with HMRC.
