Rebecca Boyers
Senior Manager, PwC United Kingdom
Rebecca is a senior corporate structuring lawyer in PwC’s International Business Reorganisations legal practice, specialising in complex cross border restructuring projects, including pre and post deal integration, Spins and legal entity rationalisation projects for FTSE100 and Fortune500 Groups.
Rebecca trained at PwC and upon qualification joined the corporate team, she then practised at a Magic Circle Law Firm in Hong Kong SAR and London, before returning to PwC to focus on IBR projects. Rebecca frequently works with US and Asian inbound clients, particularly Japanese multinational corporates, having spent four years working in Asia and attending university in Japan for a year.
Rebecca has a wealth of experience in working in multidisciplinary teams, as well as working with lawyers globally and understanding the nuances of different jurisdictions. Upon returning to PwC, Rebecca led the Honeywell 'Homes' Spin.
