Becky is Valuations Leader for PwC UK and specialises in helping management teams and shareholders to understand what drives value in their sector and how they can best create or maximise value in their business. Becky enjoys helping people find solutions in a way that supports individuals, business and local communities.
Becky joined PwC after completing a PhD and has worked at PwC now for over 20 years, specialising in valuing businesses, classes of shares, intangible assets etc. She has a broad experience in performing valuations for financial reporting, commercial and tax purposes across a range of sectors, although I specialise and lead the consumer markets, industrial products and manufacturing valuations team.
Recent experience includes providing pricing assistance to inform and support deal and HMRC negotiations, the impact of Climate on valuations (e.g. linking their ESG reporting to valuations, performing scenario analysis under different climate temperature scenarios and helping clients assess the equity value impact of their ESG initiatives ), advising clients on the value of joint venture contributions, value of shares to be issued to management for a broad range of purposes and the value of intellectual property for tax and financial reporting purposes.
Becky is based in the Midlands (although was born and raised in the North) and is passionate about supporting and highlighting the brilliance of the UK's regions.
