Richard is a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Financier with extensive experience in real estate consulting for both private and public sector clients.
He specialises in providing strategic, financial, and commercial advice on real estate at the highest levels in both private and public sector organisations; private equity; and, investors / developers / land owners.
He oversees complex real estate strategy and transformation projects from inception, through business case, and finally overseeing the strategic and transactional implementation.
