Rob is Chief Markets Officer of Lead Advisory and Restructuring and is a Financial Services Corporate Finance partner with a focus on Private Credit deal solutions for his clients. He has over 26 years experience working across Europe and has worked on 100+ deals for banks and non-bank lenders that include:
- back book solutions (eg sales of distressed or non-core loan portfolios, synthetic risk transfer solutions);
- front book solutions (eg arranging strategic funding partnerships for new origination) and
- debt/equity capital solutions for non-bank lenders.
He brings deep credit and industry knowledge to be able to advise across all lending asset classes - corporate, real estate, retail mortgages, speciality finance etc.
