Sarah is a Manager within the HR Management consulting team. She has worked with a wide range of global clients across a number of people and HR functional issues, helping organisations to increase efficiency and reduce cost through their HR functions and their workforces. She has worked across Financial Services, Retail and Oil and Gas clients.

Over the last three years, Sarah has focussed specifically upon the area of employee performance management, working with large global clients to ensure employee performance is directly aligned to the achievement of business goals. She supports organisations in ensuring employees are managed, measured and incentivised in a way that drives high performance and embeds desired behavioural outcomes. Sarah has strong experience working within Financial Services, where recent changes in regulation have presented challenges to the way employees are managed and rewarded. Her most recent project involved provided assurance over a global bank's performance management process to ensure alignment of employee goals and financial reward with customer outcomes.
