Scott leads the UK pharma and life Sciences Operations Transformation Consulting team at PwC. He has over 16 years consulting experience working with large multinationals across Europe and the US.

Scott has delivered multiple pre and post deal merger activities, driving synergy and efficiency benefits as well as optimised future operating models.

Scott has extensive experience working with Operational and Strategic executives across the ESG landscape and in particular the ‘decarbonisation’ of the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain.

• Working for a global pharma wholesaler, delivered new platforms to improve supplier Management and Logistics performance
• Working with global Med Tech leader to support growth programme and strengthen patient impact by improving functional alignment to strategy
• Quality lead on standardisation and simplification in global QMS restructure reducing NCR and CAPA impacts and product release
• Architected the new Process and Systems landscape across the multi function supply chain, including R&D, as a large healthcare conglomerate prepares to separate its business model.
• Delivered the separation requirements across the Process and Systems landscape for a top 5 Consumer Health care company
• Restructured the Network Design and entity construct for a top 5 Biopharma business
• For a top 5 pharmaceutical lead a joint PwC/client team to define the future API supply model. The work brought together supply chain efficiency demand and tax to deliver a low cost, high quality supply model bringing together internal capabilities, a new principal structure and the adoption of greater third party manufacturers.
• For a large US base Biotech developed the R&D supply chain model to support sustainable growth. Covered activities from formulation fill and finish to investigator site management tasks.
