Scott Hamilton

Scott leads PwC UK's Private Equity Tax business, working with many of the firm's key private equity houses and their portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle. A Deals Tax Partner with 26 years at PwC, Scott has advised clients on acquisitions, restructurings, refinancing, integrations and exits, helping management teams and investors maximise value at every stage. He also spent four years in Dubai, where he built PwC's M&A Tax team across the Middle East and supported clients on cross-border transactions across the region. Passionate about the private equity market, Scott enjoys building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

Scott's focus is bringing together the breadth of PwC's tax and wider specialist expertise to help solve complex challenges. He is excited to be leading the UK Private Equity Tax business and supporting our people to collaborate across the private equity market for the benefit of our clients.

Outside of work, Scott is married with two daughters at University. Scott is a keen music fan and enjoys running and hill walking to help stay fit.
