Sotiris is a fellow of the ICAEW, has over 25 years of experience working on public interest audits, is a registered FRC PIE auditor and has been a partner since 2013. He is the Audit Chief Risk and Quality Officer, leads on public policy and regulation and is a member of the firm's Audit Executive.
Sotiris leads some of our most high profile and complex audits. He has a broad range of experience having worked with large FTSE listed groups through to US registrants, private equity portfolio companies and large family businesses. His sector experience includes regulated utilities, aviation, retail and consumer, business services and industrial products.
Sotiris represents PwC on the Policy & Reputation Group (PRG) which comprises representatives from the UKs largest audit firms. The PRG develops an understanding of evolving public interest issues and how these might be addressed to help maintain confidence in the profession to support the UK economy, and to participate constructively in shaping public policy. He is also the Chair of the Education and Training Board at the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Director of the Centre for Public Interest Audit (CPIA).
