Stephanie is an England & Wales qualified solicitor in PwC's corporate legal practice in London. Stephanie advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, specialising in international business reorganisations.
Stephanie has advised a number of large multinational clients and listed corporations on international and domestic business restructuring projects frequently working in multi-disciplinary teams alongside PwC Tax, Accounting and Consulting specialists. Stephanie works with clients on a variety of projects including corporate rationalisation, post-deal integration and cash management projects.
Stephanie also spent a year in the corporate transactions team of the Office of General Counsel of a large US tech corporation where she primarily assisted the group with the separation of its legal structure into two new groups.
