Stephen has over 20 years’ experience working with major financial services institutions with the majority focused on providing both buyside and sellside due diligence.
Steve leads the PwC Financial Services Transaction Services team in the UK and has worked in London and New York advising private equity and corporate buyers on wide-ranging domestic and cross border deals. Steve specialises in financial due diligence, but also coordinates PwC’s combined due diligence offering on deals. Relevant recent experience includes:
- Significant alternative manager deal experience across real estate, infrastructure, PE and credit funds
- Stephen works with a number of large asset manager clients as they look to expand their footprint globally or through breadth of services
- Stephen has led due diligence projects on the buy side or sell side for the majority of UK wealth manager deals over the past 3 years
- Stephen has worked with a number of PE clients advising them through minority stake processes
