Steven is a partner in our restructuring team and helps corporates to simplify their corporate structures, exit non-core businesses, manage risk for directors and protect value for shareholders. He is a qualified chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner. He has over 10 years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency and has advised clients across a number of different sectors in both distressed and non distressed environments, including undertaking secondments to Santander Plc and Bank of England.
