Steve has over 20 years restructuring experience and specialises in advising companies and lenders on complex refinancing and restructuring situations. Steve has led financial advisory mandates across a range of sectors with some recent focus towards energy, utilities and mining, industrial products and services, health and pharmaceuticals and infrastructure. His experience extends from the UK to a range of European jurisdictions (he also led our Nordic restructuring practice for a period) including recent experience in emerging markets.
