Through work with Energy, Utilities and Nuclear clients Stuart has developed deep expertise in asset management and asset lifecycle optimisation. Stuart has enabled clients to realise measureable benefits by delivering sustainable improvements to the execution of work. Stuart is skilled in understanding and simplifying complex processes and interfaces and uses a background in Lean and Change Management to optimise client operations.
