Tim Higgins

Tim is a Director in our Midlands Deals Business, based in Birmingham. He specialises in Corporate & Capital solutions, supporting corporate clients going through periods of change or uncertainty. Tim works with a range of clients and works extensively with PE houses and sponsor-backed portfolio companies, as well as the key stakeholders affected by those situations. Tim specialises in helping businesses navigate complex situations, whether that's underperformance, liquidity challenges or a broader need to reset for future growth.

Tim has broad experience, with experience working with clients in more traditional Financial Due Diligence to support transactions, and is also a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

Tim has recent experience in a variety of sectors including retail and construction, with industrials and manufacturing a key focus given his Midlands base.
