Tom is a Capital Projects & Infrastructure Partner, with over 20 years’ experience of developing, financing and delivering major capital projects and programmes.
He works predominantly across the energy, utilities and infrastructure sectors, helping clients improve the performance of complex capital programmes through stronger governance, assurance, controls and delivery. Tom brings experience from both industry and consulting, combining practical delivery insight with a strong understanding of the challenges facing major infrastructure organisations.
