Veronika Kontra

Veronika is a Director in PwC’s Valuations practice (a team of over 175 valuation specialists) and specialises in providing valuation advice and valuation opinions to alternative asset managers and corporates, with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences and the valuation of early-stage businesses.

Her clients range from venture capital and private equity firms to multinational pharmaceutical and medtech companies, as well as early-stage life sciences businesses.

She has supported clients with buy-side and sell-side transaction opinions related to corporate M&A, and has provided valuation or fairness opinions to financial sponsors across a range of affiliate transactions. She has also led valuation engagements for financial reporting, disputes, tax and corporate restructuring.

Veronika is a member of the Valuation Special Interest Group of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
