Vicky has over 15 years of industry experience, including nine years as a Partner at KPMG, where she led the energy strategy team and, latterly, at Accenture where she was the Global Strategy lead for the power and utilities sector and also co-led the Global Energy transition team focused on Oil and Gas.
Recently, Vicky’s focus has included strategic advice for companies to support their transformation to net zero covering everything from portfolio design and optimisation, resetting capital allocation policies through to customer engagement strategy and operating model structures. In her previous roles Vicky advised clients on new portfolio strategies for international oil companies to support their transition to net zero and redefining the role of energy retail with a particular focus on the European and Asian markets. She was also involved in the use of carbon capture utilisation and storage (CCUS) and hydrogen in new sectors such as mining and power generation, as well as new nuclear and renewable investments. She brings with her a wealth of experience across major infrastructure projects including advising on investment into UK nuclear new build and decommissioning.
