Victoria leads PwC's Lead Advisory & Restructuring business unit, which is made up of our market leading Restructuring and Insolvency, Corporate Liability Restructuring, Forensics Services and Financial Crime teams.

Victoria advises a number of pensions clients providing strategic and commercial advice to clients during transactions and restructurings as part of PwC’s Pensions Employer Covenant and Restructuring team. Victoria specialises in giving financial advice to both pension scheme trustees and sponsoring employers.

She advises in relation to some of the largest schemes in the country. Her expertise includes:

• Providing strategic, commercial advice to pensions schemes and their stakeholders (including corporate sponsors, shareholders, regulators, government stakeholders);
• Assisting trustees and companies through negotiations relating to scheme funding and corporate transactions; and developing solutions that address short term challenges and meet long term objectives.
