PwC UK has appointed Duncan Cox as the new leader of its Private Equity business.
Duncan has been with PwC for over 30 years, primarily in the Deals Tax practice, including three years with the French firm, supporting a wide range of European and Global clients. He has significant experience advising across a wide spectrum of transactions, fund structures, forensic investigations, and transformation initiatives. Over the past six years, Duncan has served as PwC’s Global Deals Tax Leader and has previously held positions on PwC UK’s Supervisory Board and as UK Deals Tax Leader.
