PwC UK has appointed Nicola Preedy as its Head of Deals. She will join the firm’s UK Executive Committee in this role.
Nicola succeeds Lucy Stapleton, who previously led the UK Deals practice and will continue as PwC’s Global Head of Deals, with a greater focus on client service.
A financial due diligence partner, Nicola has more than 20 years’ experience in transaction services. She advises corporate and private equity clients across the logistics, business services, and consumer and leisure sectors.
Nicola joined PwC in the West London office and worked in Southampton and Gatwick offices prior to moving to the London office and has developed extensive experience across the retail, consumer and leisure sectors. She also leads a number of the firm’s key private equity relationships.
Prior to her appointment, Nicola led PwC’s UK Transaction Services business.
