PwC has been voted as one of the UK’s top graduate employers - ranking second overall after the Civil Service, and as the top private sector employer - in The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers survey 2025.

The ranking is based on interviews with over 15,000 final year students at 30 UK universities. The firm also won awards for the Best Social Media presence and the sector award for Accountancy.

PwC holds the unsurpassed record of being voted number one 17 times in the 27-year history of The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers - and this year has moved to second place, having been the country’s top graduate employer in both 2023 and 2024. The firm has also won the Accountancy sector award every year since the awards started.

Around 1,300 graduates and school and college leavers joined PwC in 2025, and 433 students completed its summer internship programme.

PwC is committed to becoming a skills-enabled organisation, and is redesigning its graduate offering to reflect this ambition. The new approach simplifies entry into the firm, giving students greater choice, clearer information, and tailored guidance to help them find the career path that best fits their skills and interests. Recognising that not all candidates have access to networks to navigate their early career, so the process is built to support confident, informed decisions - where every route offers the opportunity to build broad capabilities and a rewarding career.

Phillippa O’Connor, Chief People Officer at PwC, said:

"We’re incredibly proud that university graduates have voted us as one of the top graduate employers, recognising our efforts to stand out as an employer by investing in skills and giving people a breadth of opportunity. We are committed to nurturing talent and creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.”

PwC’s early careers recruitment season starts this month, with the firm visiting over 40 UK universities and many schools visits too, as well as offering students the opportunity to attend in person office and virtual events. This is an opportunity for early careers candidates to explore how PwC has made it simpler to find the opportunity that’s right for them. To find out more visit the Early Careers website.
