A1 Comms Limited - CVL (Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation)
On 29 October 2025, Rachael Maria Wilkinson and Peter David Dickens were appointed as Joint Liquidators of A1 Comms Limited - the "Company".
The Company was previously in administration, with a different firm of Insolvency Practitioners appointed as Joint Administrators. We're liaising with the former Joint Administrators to obtain a handover of relevant information regarding the Company's affairs. Rachael Maria Wilkinson and Peter David Dickens have been appointed as joint liquidators of A1 Comms Limited to manage its affairs, business and property, and act without personal liability. Both are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

The Joint Liquidators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken.
