Airsprung Group PLC and Airspung Furniture Limited (“the Companies”) - in administration
Ross Connock and Edward Williams were appointed Joint Administrators of Airsprung Group PLC and Airsprung Furniture Limited on 1 May 2026.
The Companies are long-established UK manufacturers of beds, mattresses and upholstered furniture, with the wider group operating a vertically integrated model across a number of brands, including Airsprung Beds, Gainsborough, Airofreem and Arena. The group serves both retail customers, including major UK chains, and contract customers.
The Joint Administrators are assessing the Companies financial position and the options available in order to maximise returns to creditors.

Edward Williams and Ross Connock have been appointed as Joint Administrators of Airsprung Group PLC and Airsprung Furniture Limited to manage their affairs, business and property as their agents and without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Joint Administrators are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics which can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/insolvency-practitioner-code-of-ethics.
The Joint Administrators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may act as a processor on the instructions of the Joint Administrators.
