April Topco Limited, April Bidco Limited, April Midco Limited, April Number 1 Limited, April Number 2 Limited and April Number 3 Limited
On 20 June 2019, the shareholders of April Topco Limited, April Bidco Limited, April Midco Limited, April Number 1 Limited, April Number 2 Limited and April Number 3 Limited passed a winding up resolution by written resolution and appointed Zelf Hussain and David Baxendale as joint liquidators. A creditors decision by deemed consent for each company later that day confirmed our appointment.
The liquidations of April Midco, No.1, No.2 and No.3 Limited were concluded in December 2020.

David Robert Baxendale and Zelf Hussain have been appointed as Joint Liquidators of April Bidco Limited and April Topco Limited. Both are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
