Tom Crookham, Edward Macnamara and James Cameron were appointed as the Joint Administrators of the Company on 3 March 2025.
The principal activity of the Company was to provide origination and general loan servicing in relation to entities in its wider group which provide loans to mid-sized corporates.
The Company had recently been informed that it was in breach of its obligations under certain key contractual agreements and at the same time was facing liquidity constraints in relation to outstanding creditor arrears. In light of these issues, the directors of the Company took steps to place the Company into Administration.
Immediately upon appointment, the Joint Administrators commenced the process of undertaking a rapid review of the business operations to determine the most appropriate strategy in order to maximise realisations for creditors. Any key updates will be provided as the Administration process progresses.
