Aurelia Bioscience Limited and Charnwood Molecular Limited - both in Administration

Please note the final account was delivered to creditors 27 October 2025 at which point the Administrators ceased to act. We anticipate the Company will be dissolved in three months.

On 29 October 2024, Ross Connock and Edward Williams of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of Aurelia Bioscience Limited and Charnwood Molecular Limited - together “the Companies”.

On appointment, the Companies’ business and assets were sold to Concept Life Sciences Integrated Discovery & Development Services Limited. The transaction preserved the jobs of 97 of the Companies’ employees, significantly mitigating preferential claims in the administrations. The sale also maximised the value in the Companies’ assets for the benefit of the creditors, which would have been significantly diminished in the event the Companies were wound up.
