Timothy Higgins, David Baxendale and Zelf Hussain were appointed as Joint Nominees of Bestway Retail Limited on 20 December 2024
The CVA Creditors’ Meeting was held at 11:00 on 17 January 2025. Details of this can be found in the letter entitled "Notice of the CVA Creditors’ Meeting below.
Following the CVA Creditors' Meeting referred to above, the requisite majority creditors voted that the proposal for the CVA be approved, and that Timothy Higgins, David Baxendale and Zelf Hussain were appointed as Joint Supervisors of Bestway Retail Limited with effect from 17 January 2025.
On 23 October 2025 the CVA was fully implemented and the Joint Supervisors exited office. Bestway Retail Limited continues to trade.
