Creditors

We will write to all known creditors to provide formal notice of the Administrators' appointment and further details on the administration process. In addition, creditors may find the following information helpful.

Will I get paid for services or goods I have already provided?

The Companies are insolvent and unable to pay for any goods or services provided prior to the administration. Any monies owed by the Companies rank as an unsecured claim in the administration.

We request that creditors send details of the amounts due to them, including any un-invoiced amounts, to the relevant company’s trading address, as usual. The Administrators will invite creditors to submit claims in due course.

What is the likely return to unsecured creditors?

We have a duty to report to creditors within eight weeks of our appointment to provide a ‘statement of proposals’, including an estimate of any likely dividend.   The amount of any such dividend will depend on a number of factors, including asset realisations and the overall level of claims received.

What should I do if I have any further queries?

Please contact our creditor helpline on 020 7213 3362.
