Important Information for After The Event Policyholders
Elite Insurance Company Limited (“Elite”) (in Administration)
With effect from (and including) 11 December 2020 the Joint Administrators have, in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar, disclaimed all active ATE insurance policies underwritten by Elite, except policy numbers 3/16/739278 and 1/17/757700. As a result of the disclaimer, affected policies are terminated with effect from (and including) 11 December 2020. Please refer to a copy of the detailed letter linked below if you are an ATE policyholder to understand what this means for you and the actions you should take.
