Notice of the Claims Submission Deadline

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the deadline for submitting claims into the Company's scheme of arrangement, pursuant to Part VIII of the Gibraltar Companies Act 2014 (the "Scheme"), is 5:00pm (CET) on 1 December 2026 (the "Claims Submission Deadline"). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this notice have the meanings given to them in the Scheme Document[R(1.1] issued in connection with the Scheme.

All Scheme Claims must be received by the Company on or before the Claims Submission Deadline to be valid. You may submit a revised Claim Form and/or any revised relevant supporting information in respect of a Scheme Claim at any time up to the Claims Submission Deadline.

Any creditor who does not submit a Scheme Claim by the Claims Submission Deadline will not be entitled to receive any payment from (or have any further rights against) Elite. This includes claims already notified to, or agreed but unpaid by, Elite. 

Claims should be submitted as soon as possible via the Creditor Portal at https://www.ips-docs.com/ (registration at https://reg.ips-docs.com/RegHome, entering EliteScheme26 when prompted) or by hard copy Claim Form using the contact details below.
