Closure of Excel Portam
The final accounts were delivered to creditors on 10 August 2023 and no objections were made to the Liquidators release. Therefore the final account and notice were sent to Companies House on 11 October 2023 at which point the Liquidators ceased to act and obtained their release.
We anticipate the Company will be dissolved in three months.
Unbanked Distribution Payments
As we have now published our final report (a link to which can be found below), all unbanked payments from the unsecured distribution have been transferred to the Insolvency Service. Creditors will be able to claim the distribution payment due to them directly from the Insolvency Service Estates Accounts and Scanning Department by emailing CustomerServices.EAS@insolvency.gov.uk.
On 25 August 2017, Zelf Hussain and Matthew Callaghan were appointed as joint liquidators of the Company.
On 10 May 2019, Matthew Callaghan ceased to act as joint liquidator of the Company and was replaced by David Baxendale.
