Hive Energy Limited - In Administration ("the Company")
Ross Connock and Edward Williams have been appointed Joint Administrators of Hive Energy Limited (“the Company”) on 12 March 2026.
Hive Energy Limited, founded in 2010, is a global renewable energy developer focused on delivering utility‑scale solar projects as well as exploring renewable energy opportunities in wind, green hydrogen, green ammonia, land restoration, fuel-ash upcycling, and the circular economy. The Company is developing more than 120 live projects across 13 countries through a network of local country managers. These projects are operated through a series of SPVs set up as subsidiaries of the Company.
The Joint Administrators are progressing a sale of a majority of the Company’s business and assets (subsidiary SPV’s) and hope to complete the sale imminently. In the event this sale does not complete, it is expected that the Company’s operations will be wound down in administration.

Ross D Connock and Edward Williams have been appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents and without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The Joint Administrators are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics which can be found at: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/insolvency-practitioner-code-of-ethics.
The Joint Administrators may act as controllers of personal data as defined by UK data protection law depending upon the specific processing activities undertaken. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP may act as a processor on the instructions of the Joint Administrators. Personal data will be kept secure and processed only for matters relating to the Joint Administrators appointment.
