On 13 September 2024, Edward Williams, Timothy Higgins and Mark James Tobias Banfield were appointed as Joint Administrators of J G Chatham Limited ("the Company").
The Company was a subsidiary of TopHat Enterprises Limited, and was responsible for the completion of a residential development of luxury modular homes and apartments at Kitchener Barracks in Kent.
The Joint Administrators’ initial strategy was to secure the assets of the Company and execute the optimum realisation strategy.
Following all available assets being realised and the account being brought to nil, the administration of the Company was brought to a close on 12 September 2025.
