Juuce Limited - t/a EO Charging ("the Company") - In Administration

Edward Williams, Ross Connock and Victoria Hatton were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 8 April 2026.

The Company is a UK-based business (trading as EO Charging) that designs, manufactures and provides electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, particularly for commercial fleets. Its offering includes EV charging hardware, cloud-based management software, installation, and ongoing maintenance services to support large-scale fleet electrification.

Although a fundraising was successfully completed in Q4 2025, uncertainty and delays during that process adversely impacted customer confidence, resulting in a reduction in the Group’s order book and pipeline. Liquidity pressures subsequently re-emerged. A sale process was initiated in January 2026; however, no acceptable offers were received.

The Company has now entered administration and is being managed by the appointed administrators. The administrators will continue to trade the business on a limited basis where appropriate, in order to support customers, while also seeking to realise the Company’s assets in an orderly manner for the benefit of creditors.
