Mothercare UK Limited ("MUKL") and Mothercare Business Services Limited ("MBSL") - both previously in Administration
On 5 November 2019 Zelf Hussain, David Baxendale and Toby Banfield were appointed Joint Administrators of both MUKL and MBSL.
The Administration of MUKL ended on 8 November 2022, when the Company went into CVL.
The Administration of MBSL concluded when we filed a notice of move from administration to dissolution on 3 November 2021.
