Is National Car Parks Limited continuing to trade?

National Car Parks Limited (“the Company”) has been placed into administration with Zelf Hussain, Rachael Wilkinson and Mark Banfield appointed as Joint Administrators (“Administrators”) on 16 March 2026.

At present the Company continues to trade from a number of sites and customers should use the Company’s normal communication channels by emailing ncpcustomerservice@ncp.co.uk for any business-as-usual queries.

For information relating to the administration and role of administrators, please refer to the Administrators’ website at www.pwc.co.uk/ncp.

We have identified 20 car parks that are not commercially viable and will therefore close to customers on from 11:59pm on 27 March. Please refer to the site closure list and site closure FAQs on our website for sites affected and further details.

I have a season ticket. Is it still valid?

Yes, season tickets purchased before the appointment date remain valid and will continue to work as normal for sites that continue to operate. You can continue to access your designated car park(s) using your season ticket or the NCP app.

If you have a season ticket for a car park which is affected by closure, please refer to site closure FAQs.

All future season ticket purchases will be available as normal for sites that remain open.

Am I eligible for a refund? If you are a business season ticket holder or have paid a PCN and believe you are entitled to a PCN refund, please contact ncpcustomerservice@ncp.co.uk with your query.
I have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). Do I still need to pay it? Yes. The administration process does not cancel or invalidate any PCNs that have been issued. If you have received a PCN, you remain liable for payment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the car park. PCN payments should continue to be made in the usual manner using the payment details stated on your PCN. The Administrators are continuing to operate the business, and existing payment channels remain active. If you experience any difficulty making a payment, please contact the details provided on your notice.
