What happens now? | If your pre-booked car park is closing and your booking can no longer be honoured at that site due to closure, your booking may be able to be transferred to an alternative NCP car park. Please contact ncpcustomerservice@ncp.co.uk with queries relating to your booking and to confirm if an alternative is available. If your pre-booking was made before 16 March 2026, and your booking is unable to be transferred to an alternative NCP car park, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund. We recommend that all customers check their purchase protection arrangements associated with their debit / credit card (or similar payment method) to understand whether a refund is available via another source. Can I still use it? | Any discount, promotional offer or corporate parking arrangement will only continue to apply where this is specifically confirmed for an alternative site. You should not assume that discounts or other arrangements will automatically transfer to another car park. |
| Can I move my booking or parking to another NCP car park myself? | You should only use an alternative NCP car park if this has been confirmed by customer services. You should not assume that your booking, season ticket, discount or other arrangement can automatically be used at another location. |
| What happens if my vehicle is still in a car park when it closes? | You should not leave your vehicle in a car park beyond any stated closure date. If your vehicle remains in a car park that is closing and you cannot remove it before the stated closure date, please contact customer services through the usual channels as soon as possible for further guidance. |
| Will there be signs at car parks that are closing? | Notices will be displayed at affected car parks but please continue to monitor updates at www.pwc.co.uk/ncp. |
| Can I still book parking at a car park that is due to close? | Once a closure decision has been implemented for a particular site, bookings for dates after the closure date should no longer be available for that location. |
| What happens to monthly or recurring parking arrangements at a site that is closing? | Please refer to the response above in relation to season tickets. |
| Is the site I supply to closing? | Following the appointment of the Administrators, a number of car parks are closing. If a site you supply to is affected, we will contact you where appropriate. |
| Should I continue to deliver goods or provide services to a site that is closing? | No goods or services should be supplied to a closing site unless specifically requested by the Administrators or their authorised representatives. Goods and services ordered by the Administrators or their authorised representatives during the administration will be paid for by the administration estate. |
| How will I know whether services are still required at a closing site? | Where services are required for a limited period to support closure, security, cleaning, removal works or other essential activities, this will be communicated to you by the Administrators or their authorised representatives. Please do not assume that previous arrangements continue unchanged. |

Can I recover them? | If you believe you have a Retention of Title claim over goods that you have supplied to the Company, please contact us at uk_ncp_suppliers@pwc.com to request a retention of title questionnaire for completion. |
| I believe I own leased assets located at a closing site. What should I do? | If you believe you have a claim over leased assets at a closing site that you have supplied to the Company, please contact the Administrators’ team at uk_ncp_suppliers@pwc.com and they will deal with your enquiry. |
| Can I attend a closing site to collect goods or equipment? | You should not attend site to remove goods, equipment or leased assets without prior agreement from the Administrators or their authorised representatives. Our appointment means that you cannot repossess goods held by the Company unless we agree or the court allows it. |
| Will closure-related goods or services be paid for? | Goods and services ordered by the Administrators or their authorised representatives after appointment will be paid for by the administration estate. Goods and services provided prior to the date of appointment will not be paid for as an expense of the administration estate. You will have a claim in the administration for amounts owed relating to pre-appointment goods and services. |
| What happens to unpaid invoices relating to a site that is closing? | All outstanding amounts at the date of the Administrators’ appointment rank as an unsecured claim in the administration. At this stage, it is too early to indicate whether there will be a return to unsecured creditors. |

| What happens if my property is closing? | If the business no longer occupies the property, payments in respect of beneficial occupation will cease from that point. |
| For what period will I continue to be paid if my site is closing? | For as long as the business in administration continues to beneficially occupy the property after 16 March 2026, any rent not previously paid will be paid from that date until the business no longer occupies the property. Payments will be made monthly in arrears until this point. |
| When will I know the date that occupation ends? | We will write to you if you are the landlord of a site that is closing, this will confirm the date that occupation ends. |
| Should I continue to invoice if my site is closing? | If you have been advised that the Company is continuing to beneficially occupy the property, please provide invoices as set out in the initial landlord letter. If occupation has ceased, you should not assume that ongoing monthly sums will continue to be payable as an expense of the administration. |
| Can I inspect the property if it is closing? | Please contact uk_ncp_landlords@pwc.com if you wish to request a property inspection. Please be advised that any requests for property inspections may take an additional 72 hours to arrange. |
| Can I take back the property immediately if the site is closing? | Following the appointment of administrators, landlords may not commence or continue forfeiture proceedings or exercise other enforcement remedies without either the consent of the Administrators or the permission of the Court. |
| What happens to sums due before the administration if my site is closing? | If there are rental arrears or other amounts due for the period before the date of appointment on 16 March 2026, these will be an unsecured claim in the administration of the relevant company. This is unchanged by closure of the site. |
