NCP Commercial Services Limited - In Administration

Edward Williams, Timothy Andrew Higgins and David Baxendale of PwC have been appointed as Joint Administrators of NCP Commercial Services Limited (”CSL” or the “Company”).

The appointment was made on 30 September 2026.

CSL provided managed services and operated third-party car parks under a mixture of managed service agreements, leases and short-term contractual arrangements. Following the insolvencies of other companies within the wider NCP group, CSL's ability to operate independently was materially affected. The directors concluded that the Company could not continue to operate without further third-party support and therefore took the decision to appoint administrators.

Prior to the appointment, the Company's remaining business and assets were marketed through an accelerated sale process. Immediately following the appointment, the Joint Administrators completed a pre-packaged sale of 12 contracts/sites to Times24 UK Limited (the "Purchaser"). The sale was completed to preserve value and provide continuity for the sites and activities included in the transaction, thereby reducing unsecured claims. The sites and activities included in the sale are expected to continue under the Purchaser, subject to any consents and replacement contractual or property arrangements that may be required.

Amounts owed by CSL in respect of goods, services, rent or other liabilities arising before the administration appointment remain unsecured claims against CSL and do not transfer to the Purchaser unless the Purchaser has expressly agreed to assume them. Known creditors will receive formal notification of the appointment and information about the claims process.
