One of the Official Receiver’s priorities is the ongoing provision of service to customers whilst a transfer of the contracts operated by the Companies are transferred to new operators. 

A number of councils who are responsible for the provision of services moved off the NRS Platform immediately prior to appointment and if you are one of those service users, you should contact your new service provider as they are responsible for provision of your services from 1 August 2025. Please see table below for a list of new service provider by council location.

For all other customers/service users, the Official Receiver and Special Managers are engaging directly with councils and other stakeholders around the terms of NRS providing ongoing support from the 1 August 2025 with the priority being to minimise any disruption to those groups where possible
