PCF Bank and PCF Credit Complaints

Following communication from the Companies on either 12 June 2024 or 14 June 2024, please note Ed Macnamara and myself were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 19 June 2024. We have communicated with those who submitted a complaint prior to the appointment by email July 2024. If you have not received that communication please email: uk_pcf_complaints@pwc.com   

You may be aware that on 7 October 2025 the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) made an announcement in relation to motor finance commission arrangements. We are considering this announcement and are taking steps as to what this means for PCF claimants. We shall then update claimants accordingly and make contact where appropriate.
