General Update - Phones4U Finance plc (in administration) (“Phones4U”) - 12 March 2015 Joint Administrators' Update Call - 1 May 2015

Pursuant to an order of the High Court of Justice of England & Wales on 15 September 2014, Robert Jonathan Hunt, Ian David Green and Robert John Moran (the “Administrators”) each licensed insolvency practitioners of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP were appointed as administrators of Phones4U.

Following the planned publication on 14 April 2015 of the first Phones4U progress report for the period 15 September 2014 to 14 March 2015, the Administrators are proposing to hold an update call for all Phones4U creditors at 15:00 on 1 May 2015. The communication will present some of the key highlights covered in the progress report and address the outlook for the next 6 months.

‎The call will be scheduled for an hour and will be accessible via a link from this page on 1 May accompanied by an online presentation. In order to join the call, you will be required to register your name, company and email address.

You will be able to submit your questions to the Administrators both during and in advance of the call. The facility to enable this will be made available on this page from 17 March 2015.

Robert Jonathan Hunt, Ian David Green and Robert John Moran have been appointed as joint administrators of Phones 4u Limited, Life Mobile Limited, 4u Wi-Fi Limited, 4u Limited, Jump 4u Limited, MobileServ Limited, Phosphorus Acquisition Limited, Phones 4U Group Limited and Phones4u Finance Plc, to manage their affairs, business and property as their agents and act without personal liability.

All are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Dan Yoram Schwarzmann, Douglas Nigel Rackham, Robert Jonathan Hunt and Ian David Green have been appointed as joint administrators of Policy Administration Services Limited to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents and act without personal liability. All are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
