Annual meeting of members
We held a meeting of members on 11 September 2025 at 11.30am at the Joint Liquidators' office in Jersey. The relevant notice was posted to members. The meeting had been convened in accordance with S168 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, for the purposes of receiving the Joint Liquidators' report only. No resolutions were considered at the meeting.
