Resolution: That Simon Carvill-Biggs, Paul Allen and Miles Needham of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6EU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company within 21 days of the decision date (4 September 2020) and that any act required or authorised to be done by them as Joint Liquidators may be exercised by all or either of them.
