PwC UK Corporate Finance advises Nurture Group on a transformational minority investment by All Seas Capital

The PwC UK Corporate Finance team is delighted to announce the completion of a minority investment in Nurture Group by All Seas Capital (ASC). Nurture Group is a leading B2B green services provider in the UK. This represents a significant milestone for the business and will enable the business to drive the next stage of its growth.

Background to Nurture Landscapes

Founded in 2008 by Peter Fane, Nurture Group provides market leading landscaping, ground maintenance and pest control services to a diverse portfolio of blue chip and SME clients via its multi-award winning brands, Nurture Landscapes, Gavin Jones and Rokill.

Backed by Graphite Capital since 2018, the business has undergone a period of significant growth via M&A, investment in talent and an expansion of the service offering.
