PwC Corporate Finance advises AI infrastructure and cloud platform Ori on its merger with Brookfield’s Radiant

PwC Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that it has advised Ori Industries (“Ori”), a European AI infrastructure and cloud platform, on its merger with Radiant, Brookfield Asset Management’s vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform. The transaction is one of the first landmark deals bringing long-term infrastructure fund capital directly into the development and ownership of utility-scale AI factories.

Founded in 2019, Ori delivers AI-optimised cloud and compute infrastructure, providing dedicated private GPU clusters and on-demand capacity to hyperscalers, sovereign entities and regulated enterprises under contracted arrangements. The platform combines high-performance compute, AI-ready data centre infrastructure and a proprietary software control layer that enables efficient model training and inference at scale.

The transaction integrates Ori’s software-enabled AI cloud platform into Radiant’s vertically integrated model spanning powered land, data centres, capital and compute. Radiant operates as the first deployment vehicle of Brookfield’s AI Infrastructure Fund, providing access to long-term institutional capital and a direct pipeline to a $100 billion AI infrastructure investment programme. The combined business is positioned to develop, own and operate AI factories at scale, supporting sovereign and enterprise AI buildouts globally.
