PwC advises funds managed by Lee Equity Partners, LLC on their investment in Arcadian Risk Capital

PwC is pleased to have advised funds managed Lee Equity Partners, LLC on their strategic investment in Arcadian Risk Capital (“Arcadian”), a Bermuda-based managing general agent (MGA), from SiriusPoint. PwC provided financial, tax, regulatory and SPA due diligence services through the process.

Arcadian is a specialty MGA with operations in Bermuda, Ireland, the UK, and the US, founded in October 2020. Lee Equity will look to support Arcadian with their next phase of growth, including further expansion in new business lines and geographies.
