PwC advises Office Space in Town on £129 million refinancing

PwC has advised Office Space in Town (OSiT), one of London’s leading flexible office space providers, on a £129 million debt refinancing extending over a minimum two-year period. Aberdeen Investments is the senior lender, providing approximately £72 million of backing.

Founded in May 2009 by brother and sister Giles and Niki Fuchs, alongside Sarah Singlehurst, OSiT operates an owner-operator model, owning the London buildings from which it provides flexible office space. The business acquires, refurbishes and occupies its properties, combining ownership of high-quality London real estate with the provision of flexible workspaces.

PwC acted as sole financial adviser to OSiT. The engagement was led by Deals Partner Mark Addley, Iain Boot, and Chad Monerville. Additional team members included Gareth Lewis, Laurence Dolan, Grethel Jarquin Lopez, Owen Bourne and Jason Ho.

“This refinancing agreement marks an important milestone for OSiT and reflects the strength of our owner-operator model. We have built a differentiated business focused on capital gain and robust income, through service, design, and long-term relationships with occupiers, and this support enables us to continue strengthening our portfolio and delivering exceptional flexible workspaces.”

Giles Fuchs,Co-Founder of Office Space in Town (OSiT)

“We are delighted to have acted as sole financial adviser to OSiT to support a refinancing of £129 million secured against quality London assets. It has been a pleasure to support OSiT and we look forward to the continued growth of the business.”
