PwC advises Steplab on its investment from Pelican Capital

PwC Corporate Finance is pleased to announce it has advised Steplab, a high-growth, subscription-based professional development EdTech platform, on its investment from Pelican Capital.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in London, Steplab enables schools to deliver meaningful, comprehensive professional development to teachers end-to-end. Designed by educators, the platform provides schools with the tools required to deliver evidence-based training and improve teaching outcomes. Today, Steplab is helping teachers to access effective PD across the UK, Australia, the US and other international markets. The investment from Pelican Capital will support the business in its next phase of growth, enabling further expansion of its platform and international footprint.

PwC Corporate Finance acted as lead financial adviser to Steplab, supporting the shareholders throughout the transaction process and delivering a successful outcome with Pelican Capital.
