PwC is pleased to have supported The Key Group, a provider of market-leading education software and a portfolio company of CBPE, in the sale of a majority stake to Permira.
The Key Group delivers critical software solutions to schools across the UK, including well-known brands such as Arbor and The Key. Through their partnership with CBPE, The Key Group has added new service offerings for schools, broadening its product suite and creating market-leading AI capabilities, with over 20,000 schools now using the Group’s products.
